We run an open-door policy and hope to resolve any concerns before they escalate. Please make an appointment to speak to the class teacher in the first instance and if this does not resolve any issue, please direct your concerns to a senior member of staff, such as the inclusion Manager or Headteacher. If you are still unhappy with the outcome and wish to raise a formal complaint, then please follow the guidance in the Complaints Policy, as found on the RMET website.
